Tableau Product Key Displays DISABLED in Trusted Storage

Issue

When using using custactutil.exe -view (for Tableau Desktop) or serveractutil.exe -view (for Tableau Server) to view activated licenses in Trusted Storage, product keys might display a status of DISABLED.

Resolution

Complete offline deactivation process. For more information, see Deactivating Tableau Offline and Unable to Deactivate a Product Key.

Cause

The offline deactivation process was started, but not completed.
