Issue
The error below is displayed when adding extensions on workbook in web authoring mode:
Error: "Extensions are not allowed on this site. Contact your server administrator to change this site setting to allow extensions."

Environment
- Tableau Server 2021.4.2
- Windows Server 2016
Resolution
- Created a new test site.
- Select the Default site or the site which has the issue from the dropdown, below the log on top left corner.
- Go to Settings->Extensions
- Enabled the setting - "Let users run extensions on this site"
- Deleted the test site.
Cause
There was only one site- Default. However, the site level setting -"Let users run extensions on this site" is disabled for this Default site. We won’t be able to enable it as there is only one site and site level setting was not shown anywhere in the UI.Additional Information
Issue could happen in below scenario:- Create multiple sites, say Site-A, Site-B, Site-C.
- Disable the setting "Let users run extensions on this site" on Site A.
- Delete Site-B and Site-C.
