Renaming Grand Total Header

Question

How to change the label for the grand total row or column header.

Environment

Tableau Desktop

Answer

  1. In the view, right-click the Grand Total header, and then select Format.
  2. In the Format pane, on the Header tab, for Label enter the desired header text, and then press Enter.
