Answer

1. Sign in to Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud, then navigate to the view.  Filter the data, change sorting, select specific marks, zoom in or out, or add modifications to create your custom view.
2. Name and save the adjusted view as a Custom View by following the steps in the Tableau Online Help to Use Custom Views.
3. After the Custom View is visible, subscribe to the Custom View by selecting the Watch icon from the toolbar. For more information, see Subscribe to Views.
