Environment

Resolution

Option 1
To check all the contents on one screen, set all dashboards' sizes as [Automatic] or just approximately the same size as your screen.

Option 2
Do not select [Show Sheets as Tabs] when publishing a workbook.

Cause

This behavior is by design. On Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud, the page displaying the workbook does not reload when tabs are changed.
When [Show Sheets as Tabs] is enabled, Dashboard(s) with auto layout size will be set to the largest size of the dashboard that has fixed/custom size.

Additional Information

Please also check the attached workbook and publish it to find out how the size of [Shipping] affects other dashboards' sizes.

When the dashboard(s) size is smaller than the largest dashboard (with fixed size) within the workbook, they are displayed with extra space since they are adjusted to the largest dashboard size.
