How to manage subscriptions for other users.

Résolution

Option 1

It is possible to allow content owners to subscribe others to a view by configuring the Server option. See Subscribe yourself or others to a view .

Option 2

Manage all user subscriptions by selecting the subscription you want to update under Tasks > Subscriptions from the side navigation. The Actions menu has options such as Change Schedule or Change Subject. For more information, see the Tableau Online Help.

Option 3

Sign in to Tableau Server and subscribe to the view.
Create an email rule that forwards the subscription email to the desired user or group.
