Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server 

Option 1

Subscribe to the New Release News RSS feed using the RSS reader of your choice. For more information on RSS Feeds and how they can be utilised, see Tableau Software - RSS Feeds.

1. Log into the Tableau Community. 

2. Navigate to https://community.tableau.com/community/forums/release-news.

3. Click the Follow icon located in the top right corner and choose if you wish to follow: 

   • In the connection stream (visible when you log into the Tableau Community on the web).

   • Or in your Inbox directly (to receive emails).

4. Click Done.
