Unable to use Export, Share Options, or View Embedded views After Upgrading Tableau Server

Issue

When attempting to utilize the Share URL, Embed code, download PDF, Export Crosstab options after upgrading to Tableau Server 2019.1 and later versions, an Unexpected Server Error may occur and/or users will be prompt to authenticate into Tableau Server before proceeding.

Environment

Tableau Server 2019.1.1 - 2019.1.3

Resolution

Option 1

Enable the guest user account on the Default Tableau Server Site.

Option 2

Upgrade to Tableau Server 2019.1.4 or a newer version. See Tableau Server Downloads and Release Notes for downloads of current and previous versions of Tableau Server:
