Unable to Select Schema and Tables when Connecting to Presto

Issue

Unable to select Schema and Tables after connecting to presto.

When the schema is not specified in connection dialog. The following message appears after searching schema.

When the incorrect schema is specified in connection dialog. The following message appears after searching tables.

Environment

Tableau Desktop 2022.1 or older version
Presto

Resolution

Verified that your credentials are correct.

Cause

Incorrect credentials for Presto is used. In Tableau Desktop 2022.1 or older, the Data Source page will open even if you specify incorrect credentials for Presto.
