解決策
Citrix must be installed on a persistent virtual machine and you will need to ensure that there is only one named user for each Tableau Prep product license key.
Registration
Each user who opens the Prep application for the first time is required to register.原因
Tableau Prep does not yet have the ability to be configured to run in non-persistent virtual environments. However, the Prep product license key has several copies by default, but it will max out of available key copies if run in a Citrix non-persistent virtual environment. (In other words, Prep may run for a while until there are no more keys.)詳細情報
