Unable to Run Prep Flow by Command Line When Using a Virtual Connection and Another Published Data Source From the Same Tableau Cloud/Server

Issue

The below error occurs when using the Tableau Prep command line to run a flow and the flow uses a Virtual Connection and a published data source from the same Tableau Cloud/Server.
 

No Tableau Server user found.
DataServiceFailure
There was an error with the data source "". Verify that the data source is configured correctly.


For example, when using a published data source and a Virtual Connection from Tableau Cloud and then adding input data in Prep, when running the flow with the CLI, the errors display.  There is no error when running the same flow from from the Prep product interface.
