Unable to Generate Log Snapshot via Tableau Server UI for Cluster with Three or More Nodes

IssueAfter upgrading a Tableau Server 3 or more node cluster, you are unable to generate logs from the Status page. Selecting 'Generate Snapshot' will result in an infinitely spinning icon.
The following exception is found in the Tableau Server logs:
com.tableausoftware.tabctl.dll.Exception: Unable to access the service control manager (5)

ResolutionUpgrade to Tableau Server 10.5.9, 2018.1.6, 2018.2.3 or a newer version. For more information, see Upgrade Tableau Server.
CauseThis behavior is related to a known issue with ID 820393 which has been corrected in more recent versions.
