Issue
After adding Tableau Cloud IP address to SAP HANA's allowlist, user still cannot live connect to the database in Virtual connection. The following error occurred.
INVALID_ARGUMENT: An error occurred while communicating with SAP HANA.

Resolution
Remove the SAP HAHA's domain from Private Network Allowlist to enable Tableau Cloud to live query the database without using Tableau Bridge.Cause
SAP HAHA's domain has been added to Private Network Allowlist in Tableau Cloud Bridge settings while the specified pool does not have any configured Bridge Client.Thank you for providing your feedback on the effectiveness of the article.
