Unable to Add Guest User to a Project

Issue

When attempting to add the Guest account to a project, the addition is not retained.

Environment

Tableau Server 10.2 - 10.4

Resolution

Upgrade to Tableau Server 10.5 or a newer version. For more information, see Upgrade Tableau Server. 

Cause

This behavior is related to a known issue with ID 648776 which has been corrected in a more recent version.
