When attempting to activate Tableau Prep offline, the following error message is received:"We are unable to activate the product. Make sure you are connected to the internet and try again."

Resolution
It is currently not possible to activate Tableau Prep offline directly, but you can activate Tableau Prep offline through using Tableau Desktop. Instructions for doing so can be found in Activate Tableau Prep Offline.Additional Information
