Issue

When running the ziplogs command through the TSM CLI with the -a parameter, the netstat, msinfo, and dump files are not included with the generated logset.

Environment

Windows Server 2012R2 +
Affecting the latest Tableau Server maintenance versions released after Thu, February 25, 2021. Tableau Server 2021.1, 2020.4.3, 2020.3.7, 2020.2.12, 2020.1.15, etc.

Resolution

Option 1

Upgrade Tableau Server to one of the following versions.
2021.1.1, 2020.4.4, 2020.3.8, 2020.2.13, 2020.1.16, 2019.4.19, 2019.3.20, 2019.2.24, 2019.1.28

Option 2

Use the TSM GUI to generate the ziplogs with the appropriate selections

Option 3

Explicitly add the appropriate flags for gathering msinfo, netstat, or latest dump information with the ziplogs command.
