    Timeout Intermittently Occurs When Attempting to Connect to Tableau Server Published Data Sources

    Issue

    You are encountering an intermittent timeout or an infinite spinner when attempting to connect to data sources published to Tableau Server. 

    Additionally,  periodic Data Server degradation occur and the following error might occur for no apparent reason: 
    "No Tableau Server user found"

    Environment

    Tableau Server 9.3.0-9.3.3

    Cause

    This is a known issue, ID 526358, which has been fixed in later releases of Tableau Server.
