Issue

The license expiration date and maintenance end date displayed in TSM is 1 day longer than displayed in the Customer Portal when using ATR service.

Environment

  • Tableau Server using ATR service

Resolution

No action is required. The license will expire on time, at the very end of the day shown in the Customer Portal.

Cause

The behavior is by design.
