Issue
When running Cisco AMP antivirus software on the same machine as Tableau Server then the server may experience issues with starting and stopping Tableau services and running maintenance jobs.

Resolution
Uninstall Cisco AMP from Tableau Server.Note that disabling Cisco does not resolve the issue.
Cause
Cisco AMP even when disabled will hold locks on Tableau Server folders as it scans.Additional Information
