Issue
AlmaLinux version 8 was released to general availability in 2021, and version 9 was released in 2022. Currently, neither version are officially supported as an operating system platform for Tableau Server.

Resolution
As documented in the Tableau Technical Specifications, AlmaLinux does not currently meet the requirements for Tableau Server.
