Error "Failure loading FedOp: /path|Parse|181 value - empty text" while running a flow on Tableau Prep Builder 2021.2.2

When trying to run a flow on Tableau Prep Builder, the following error might occur:

"Failure loading FedOp: /path|Parse|181 value - empty text"

Upgrade to Tableau Prep Builder 2021.3.1 or newer.

Use an older version of Tableau Prep Builder.

Set an environment variable if not able to upgrade.

On Windows:
- Set environment variable useJaxbSerialization=true
On macOS:
- Go to /Applications/Tableau Prep Builder 2021.2.app/Contents/Resources/app (replacing the version with your specific version).
- Add maestro.query.useJaxbSerialization=true to application.properties (Note: You will need to use a command such as sudo emacs application.properties in order to edit it; and you can ignore the warning about not adding configuration in this location, though this may indicate you'll need to perform these steps again if you reinstall the program).
