Tableau Prep Conductor Core License Disappears in "Settings" - "Licenses" Page in 12 Hours After Tableau Server Restart

Issue

Tableau Prep Conductor Core license disappears in the Settings > Licenses page in 12 hours after a Tableau Server service restart.

This is a display issue as the Tableau Server functionality is not affected.  The command line "TSM licenses list" and the TSM user interface for Licenses, reports the Prep Conductor Core license correctly. 

Environment

  • Tableau Server 2022.1
  • Amazon Linux 2

Resolution

Use TSM to review licenses activated and used by Tableau Server.

Cause

Currently under investigation with Tableau Server Known Issue ID 1490935.
