Workarounds
1. Use Tableau Prep Builder 2022.4.3 or older.2. Temporarily have the machine set online and start Tableau Prep Builder. (This will keep showing up "To a Server" section after that.) Once Tableau Prep Builder is started, you can set the machine back to offline state.
