Tableau Desktop Quits Unexpectedly When Activating With Product Key or Unable to Launch Tableau Desktop After Initializing the PC

Issue

Tableau Desktop quits unexpectedly upon entering the product key upon activation or unable to launch Tableau Desktop.
After double-clicking the Tableau Desktop icon on Windows Desktop, unable to launch Tableau Desktop. However, Tableau Desktop is running in Task Manager.

The below errors are found in log.txt.

    Failure starting trial (already started): The Activation Specification Record (ASR) for the product key has already been activated.

Please work with your IT team and check Internet Access Requirements for licensing in the below Product Help to make sure all the 
you can access to all the license domains from the PC.
Required addresses and ports
 

Cause

Network issue connecting to the license domain(s) from a PC running Tableau Desktop.
