Tableau Desktop Freezes After Attempting to Build a Visualization

When trying to create any sort of visualization in Tableau Desktop, the application freezes and must be hard closed using task manager.

Disable software applications that could be interfering with Tableau's functionality, such as KillerService.exe and NetworkManager.exe.


A software on your system is interfering with Tableau's functionality.

Additional Information

Specific to KillerService.exe and NetworkManager.exe; both .exe applications are used for application bandwidth control, configuring network settings, and to monitor system performance. They interact with Tableau Desktop and causing it to freeze.
