Tableau Server

Option 1

As a Tableau Server Administrator, upgrade to Tableau Server 10.4.2 ; 10.3.6 ; 10.2.8 or 10.1.13. For more information, see Upgrading Tableau Server in Tableau Help.

Option 2

As a workaround, modify the Data Engine session timeout value to an infinite value using the commands below.

On the computer running Tableau Server, open a command prompt as an administrator and navigate to the Tableau Server bin folder, then run the following commands:
tabadmin stop
tabadmin set dataengine.session_recv_timeout 0
tabadmin config
tabadmin start
