To troubleshoot this issue, try the following options:Option 1 - Update the Snowflake driver installed to the latest version

Option 2 - Use SnowCD (Connectivity Diagnostic Tool)
SnowCD can help diagnose and troubleshoot network connections to Snowflake. For information on how to install and run SnowCD, see this Snowflake document.
Option 3 - Run the extract query in another query tool that uses the Snowflake ODBC driver and is installed on the Tableau Desktop computer
- Find the extract query in the Tableau Desktop log files using the Tableau Log Viewer.
- Run the query in a query tool that uses the Snowflake ODBC driver, such as WinSQL (64-bit), to see how long the query takes to complete.
