Issue

Publishing or saving a workbook that only contains full-width Japanese characters (as opposed to the mixture of full/half-width characters) takes much longer.
If there are 12,000+ full-width only workbooks, the publishing or saving a full-width workbook would take more than 6 minutes. While half-width workbooks would only take a few seconds.
