SAML process in error state when installing Tableau Server 2022.3.1

Issue

When a Tableau Server installation is done using automated installation scripts, samlservice is in error state even though SAML is not used.

It always happens after a node(s) is added to the cluster and updated the topology. It will deploy the correct topology on all node but the primary node will always have the samlservice in error.

Environment

Tableau Server 2022.3.1

Resolution

Install/Upgdade to Tableau Server 2022.3.3 or later.
