Issue
Following error occurs when trying to publish a workbook using tabcmd v2.0 with Project option:
Error "404005: Resource Not Found"

- tabcmd v2.0.5
Resolution
Check the version information via 'tabcmd --version'.If it's v2.0.5 or earlier, please update its version to v2.0.6 or later.
Cause
