No Email Received After Clicking 'Forgot Site' on Tableau Cloud

When attempting to sign in to Tableau Cloud, the following error may occur after entering the site URI in the login dialog:

Unable to verify site URI. Try again or click Forgot Site.

Additionally, no email is received after clicking the 'Forgot Site' link.

Try entering another email address that may have been used for the Tableau Cloud user account on the Tableau Cloud site. Your site administrator would be able to provide you with this information.

If the above information does not resolve the issue, contact Tableau Technical Support.


The TableauID user associated with the email address entered has not been assigned a license on the Tableau Cloud site you are trying to access.
