Missing Projects in the Publishing Pop-up Window When Attempting to Publish a Workbook or a Data Source

IssueWhen publishing a workbook or a data source in Tableau Server, some project are missing in the publishing pop-up window of Tableau Desktop.
You also notice that the missing projects are replaced by blank fields in the drop down menu selection.

Work with the Project Leader (or a Server/Site Administrator or someone with a Publisher License) to perform the steps below:
- Go to Tableau Server > Projects
- Select the Project that is the last visible in the Publication window in Tableau Desktop and click Details
- In the About section, confirm a <vertical tab> character is present in the text description
- Click Edit Description and remove this specific character
- Click Save once done
