Milliseconds transferred from the DATEPARSE function as shown below is not recognized correctly when connecting to Hyper files:

Resolution
Adjust the DATEPARSE calculation and use a custom format. To view the solution listed below, see the sample packaged workbook found in the Attachments section of this article.1. Change the DATEPARSE calculation to use ".SSSSSS" as demonstrated below:
2. Now change the Format to be a Custom Format and include millisecond by performing the following:
Right-click on the formatted field in the view and select Format.
Set the format as shown below, using "000000" to display milliseconds:
Cause
For .hyper extract data sources, the symbols are defined by the Unicode Consortium.For more information, go to Format syntax in DATEPARSE function for extract data sources to see a the subset of field types and symbols that can be used with the DATEPARSE function in .hyper extracts.
