Tableau Online 2020.1 has Login-based License Management (LBLM) enabled, but the administrative views specific to LBLM are not available.

Resolution
There are three requirements that must be met for the Administrative view to be available:- The Tableau Online site must have LBLM enabled, which is the default setting.
- Users attempting to see the Admin views and License Usage Dashboard must be administrators.
- Data must be available. Desktop users need to log in to the Online Site using LBLM.
Cause
One of the following requirements was not met:- Tableau Online must have Login-based License Management (LBLM) enabled. (This the default setting, but it is possible to change it.)
- Users who wish to view the Admin views and dashboards, must be administrators.
- Data must be available. Desktop users need to log in to the Online Site using LBLM.
