Possible workarounds would be:
If the Documents location is just misconfigured, that is pointing to a non-existent folder, you can repair it manually by going to Documents -> Properties -> Location -> Reset to default.
If the issue is due to a problem in the mapped drive Documents location, you must launch Prep using your default user credentials
, not elevated credentials.
To verify the Documents folder on Windows is configured to a valid location, follow these steps:
- Open File Explorer.
- Right click on the Documents folder, select Properties. Switch to the Location tab.
