ResolutionEnsure that the correct Tableau Server URL has been typed into the Tableau Server URL (for links in emails and subscriptions) box in the SMTP Setup tab of the Tableau Server Configuration tool. For more information, see Configure SMTP Setup in Tableau Help.
CauseEither no Tableau Server URL has been provided, or, an incorrect Tableau Server URL has been provided in the SMTP Setup tab of the Tableau Server Configuration tool.
Additional InformationWhen selecting Edit Alert from your mobile device, you may notice a question mark in the URL that you are editing (for example: "http://?:editDataAlert=9"). Such question mark indicates that no URL has been provided or the URL the user is being directed to is incorrect for this Tableau Server environment.
