Issue
After upgrading Tableau Server from 2020.4 to 2021.3 or newer, reports built from extracts using the REST API (versions 3.10 and 3.13) would intermittently show out-of-date information when export to CSV, Excel, or PDF.

Resolution
Upgrade to the Tableau Server version noted in the Salesforce Known Issue when resolved. Downloads for Tableau Server are located on the Tableau Release page.Cause
