Issue
Tableau Server works with the Google Identity Aware Proxy but the following error occurs when connecting to the published data source in Tableau Desktop:
error code 1076C501
HTTP 401: Invalid IAP credentials: empty token

Resolution
Tableau does not support Google Identity Aware Proxy. Please do not configure Google IAP for Tableau Server.
Cause
