Error "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'ExportImageDialogTitle' of undefined" After Rolling Back Tableau Server

Issue

After rolling Tableau Server back from 2019.2 or later to 2019.1 or an earlier version, if your user account settings were set to English (UK), Italian or Traditional Chinese, some pages fail to load with the following error:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'ExportImageDialogTitle' of undefined

Resolution

Change your User Account language to "Unspecified" or any other available language option. For more information, see Manage your Account Settings.

Cause

Support for UK English and Traditional Chinese is only available in Tableau versions 2019.2 and newer. Support for Italian is only available in Tableau versions 2019.3 and newer. When this language is set in an older version, errors occur as the software is looking for resource files which do not exist.
