Issue
When new users click the link in the Tableau Cloud site invitation email, the following error is displayed in the browser:
This activation code has been cancelled. Please check your email for a newer activation URL.

Resolution
Try the following workaround:- In a web browser, go to https://auth.tableausoftware.com/user/register
- Click 'Create an account', and create an account using the same email address that was added to the Tableau Cloud site.
- The user will receive an email containing a link to confirm the registration. Follow the instructions in the email in order to activate the Tableau account.
- Go to https://online.tableau.com to sign in to the Tableau Cloud site.
