When uploading a workbook file that was downloaded from one Tableau site to a different site, the following error may occur:

Resolution
Try the following options:Option 1
Use the steps under 'Workbooks with Published Data Sources' in the Moving Individual Workbooks From One Server to Another Server.Option 2
Use the Content Migration Tool (CMT). See Tableau Cloud Environment Migrations Using the Content Migration Tool for instructions on how to download CMT, and note the criteria for which the use of CMT is discouraged (under 'Additional Information').Cause
