This has been fixed in Tableau Desktop 2023.2.1. Upgrade to Tableau Desktop 2023.2.1 or newer.Cause
This is a known issue W-13607869. When connecting to flat files (CSV, Excel, etc) and the files contains a large amount of data, the Hyper Server closes unexpectedly in Tableau Desktop 2023.2.0.This issue also causes an error with Tableau Prep Builder.
