Resolution

In setup integration page within Atlan, select the option 'Personal Access Token' authentication.

Cause

In the setup integration page within Atlan, Username & Password authentication is selected. Since Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) is enabled for the Tableau Cloud user, Personal Access Token authentication should be used.
