Issue
When launching Tableau Bridge Client from Tableau Desktop 10.3 or newer, the following error occurs:
Could not connect to Tableau Cloud. Verify that your computer has network connectivity.

Resolution
Option 1:
As a site administrator, clear the connected clients for the affected computer from the user's account settings page. For more information, see Access Sites from Connected Clients.
Option 2:
On the computer running Tableau Bridge, clear all Tableau credentials from Windows Credential Manager:
Close Tableau Desktop and Tableau Bridge.
Open Windows Credential Manager.
Delete all entries that start with “TABLEAU_” such as “TABLEAU_CONNECTIONS_*”, “TABLEAU_DATA_SOURCES_*” and “TABLEAU_LOGIN_*”.
Start Tableau Desktop and Tableau Bridge and log in to Tableau Online again.
