Issue

The following error may occur when copying and pasting dashboards between workbooks using an extract as data source:

Unable to complete action
Internal Error - An unexpected error occurred and the operation could not be completed.
Error Code: AC68FBDA

Resolution

Possible workaroud is below:

1. Copy and paste the sheets used in the dashboard first.
Move to the sheets on the dashboards you want to copy, then right-click (Control-click on Mac) and select Copy.
Open the destination workbook, or create a new workbook. Right-click (Control-click on Mac) on the tab for any sheet, and select Paste.

2. Copy and paste the dashboards between workbooks.
