Data is not updated via Tableau Bridge even though the extract refresh Job shows success

Issue

The data on the dashboard and the Last Refresh timestamp in the data source page is not updated even though the extract refresh via Tableau Bridge is successful. The job status shows 'Success' in 'Job' tab. 
 

Environment

  • Tableau Cloud
  • Tableau Bridge

Resolution

1. Delete the Tableau Bridge in the default pool in Setting/Bridge within Tableau Could.
2. Uninstall the current Tableau Bridge 2022.1, then install the latest version of Tableau Bridge 2022.2.0.

Cause

The Tableau Bridge version is not up to date.
