- Users are not able to create Collections

Environment
- Tableau Cloud
Resolution
Check the Site settings in Tableau Cloud to make sure the Collections option is enabled.
- Login to your Tableau cloud site with the Site Administrator privilege.
- Click on the settings
- Under the General Tab search for the Collections option
- To turn it on: Check the box and click on save
