Autocomplete on subscription users not including Server Administrators

Issue

When trying to add a Tableau Server Administrator to a subscription for a view on a non-default Site, the Administrator's username does not autocomplete like other users on the site.

Resolution

Try the following workaround:

Explicitly add the Tableau Server Administrator to the Site-level user list. See Add Users to Tableau Server for details.

Cause

The ability to add Tableau Server Administrators to a subscription for a view on a non-default Site, and then have it show up in an autocomplete list like other users on the site, is currently not built into the product..
