Issue
When you upload the workbook in Tableau Online or Tableau Server (From the Home or Explore pages, select New > Workbook Upload*), it fails with 50 MB size limit error message.
*This feature was added in version 2020.2.

- Tableau Online
- Tableau Server 2020.2 or later
Resolution
As a workaround, use Tableau Desktop to publish a workbook that is more than 50MB.Files must be 50 MB or smaller to be uploaded from Tableau Server/Online per design.

3.. In the dialog that opens, do either of the following:
- Select Choose a file to select a .twb or .twbx file from your computer
- Drag and drop a file into the upload area of the dialog.
