ResolutionReview the expiration dates listed in the TSM UI or TSM list. If the expiration dates match the Tableau Customer Portal "Period end" dates but the licenses in the TSM list have not yet expired, the keys will change over when the expiration of the previous term has occurred.
If the expiration dates between TSM and the Tableau Customer Portal do not match, refresh the keys if they have not expired. If a product key has expired, a new activation will need to occur.
CauseExpected behavior when the previous subscription key(s) have not expired and an additional subscription term has been purchased.
Additional InformationTableau Server using the ATR activation process does not need any key refreshing but the behavior is the same. The licenses listed in the Tableau Customer Portal will match the TSM licenses page when the previous subscription term has expired.
